What is the minimum order?

10 boxes, one box per person. For fewer, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do.

How far in advance do I need to order?

24 hours for up to 50 boxes, 48 hours from 51 boxes. The order page shows you the earliest available date and time. We don't deliver same-day.

Question 3

Do prices include VAT and delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every price shown includes 15% VAT. Delivery is free from 15 boxes and 80 SAR below that. There are no other fees.

Where and when do you deliver?

Anywhere in Riyadh, every day, at any time you choose between 8am and 11pm. On Fridays we deliver from 2pm only.

How does payment work?

Nothing is charged when you send the request. We confirm the details on WhatsApp 8am–6pm, every day, then send the invoice: bank transfer, or a card payment link (mada / Visa / Mastercard) on request.

What does half and half mean?

Every OPTIONS sandwich is cut in two. When you order, you split the halves across the sandwiches however you like, so each person gets two flavours in one box.

Can you handle allergies and dietary needs?

Every sandwich and salad lists its main allergens on the menu page and in the order form. Add any requirements in the notes and we'll handle them at confirmation. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, fish and shellfish, so we can't guarantee any item is entirely free of them.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your delivery time. Inside the last 24 hours we charge 50%, because preparation has started. Changes to quantities or the mix are welcome up to the same cut-off.

Can you put a message or name on the boxes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Put it in the notes (a greeting, an event name, people's names) and we'll go over the details with you at confirmation.

Question 10

Do you offer a coffee service or a host on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can add a coffee and tea station (Saudi coffee with dates, black coffee, tea) delivered with the boxes from 10 boxes, or an OPTIONS host who sets up, serves and clears for about two hours, from 15 boxes. Pick them on the order page; we confirm the price on WhatsApp together with the order.

We have a big event. Do you take more than 500 boxes?

The website takes up to 500 boxes. For more, or for recurring weekly orders, message us on WhatsApp or ops@options.com.sa and we'll arrange a custom quote.
